Terms of service

Last updated October 2026. These terms apply to audits and monthly retainers provided by Rolf Kassel, trading as Namedra, Waterford, Ireland.

Services

The Audit is a one-off deliverable (report, PDF, raw data on request, walkthrough call). Growth and Scale are monthly services as described on the pricing page at the time of order. Deliverables may be adjusted by agreement in writing.

Payment

Audit: invoiced on order, due before delivery. Monthly plans: invoiced at the start of each month, due within 14 days. Prices exclude VAT. Late payment may pause work.

Term and cancellation

Monthly plans run month to month. Either party may cancel with notice before the next billing date; no further charges apply. Work in progress at cancellation is delivered where practical.

Client responsibilities

Provide timely approvals and access needed to publish agreed assets. Content published on the client's properties remains the client's responsibility.

No guarantee of outcomes

AI engines are operated by third parties and their outputs change. Namedra does not guarantee mentions, positions, citations or revenue. Reports describe observed outputs at the time of measurement.

Confidentiality and data

Each party keeps the other's non-public information confidential. Raw audit data belongs to the client. Personal data is handled per the privacy policy.

Intellectual property

Deliverables are licensed to the client for its own use on payment. Methods, templates and tooling remain Namedra's.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid in the three months before the claim. No liability for indirect or consequential loss.

Law

Irish law; courts of Ireland.
