Namedra vs AI visibility tools
AI visibility tools such as Profound, Peec AI and Otterly measure how often AI engines mention brands and show it in a dashboard. Namedra measures the same thing and then does the work that changes it. Buy a tool if you have a content team with capacity; hire Namedra if you want outcomes without adding headcount.
| AI visibility tools | Namedra | |
|---|---|---|
| Measurement | Prompt tracking, share of voice, citations, often daily | 30 to 100+ prompts, 5 engines, 3 runs, monthly or weekly; raw answers stored and shared |
| Diagnosis | Dashboards; you interpret | Written report with verbatim quotes and a top-10 fix list tied to evidence |
| Execution | None; some offer content suggestions | 4 to 10 citation-earning assets per month, review-site and community programme, entity and schema fixes, publisher outreach |
| Who does the work | Your team | Us, with your approval |
| Cost | €100 to €3,000+ per month depending on prompts and seats | €3,500 to €8,000 per month, or a €490 one-off audit |
| Contract | Usually annual for higher tiers | Month to month |
| Best for | Teams with writers and an SEO lead who need numbers | Teams of 1 to 5 marketers who need the numbers and the work |
When a tool is the right call
You already publish several pages a month, you have someone who can run a review campaign, and you mainly need to prove progress to leadership. A tool's daily tracking is more granular than our monthly run, and that matters if you are shipping changes weekly.
When Namedra is the right call
Nobody on the team owns third-party presence (review sites, communities, listicles), comparison and alternatives pages do not exist yet, or the brand has entity problems (a rename, inconsistent descriptions). These are the fixes that move AI answers, and a dashboard will not do them.
Using both
Some clients keep a tool for daily tracking and use Namedra for execution. We are happy to report against your tool's numbers as long as the prompt set is shared.
